The online kick-off meeting was held on 23.11.2023. Partners introduced themselves and discussed project activities including management issues.
Online Meeting 2
The 2nd online meeting was held on 14.12.2023. Partners mainly discussed the project activities within Work Package 2 process.
Online Meeting 3
The 3rd online kick-off meeting was held on 03.01.2024. Partners discussed the workshop planning process and management issues.
Meeting in Riga
The first face-to-face meeting was held on 30-31.01.2024 in Riga, Latvia. Partners discussed the WP2 process in detail and scheduled the upcoming activities.
Online Meeting 4
The 4th online meeting was held on 27.02.2024. Partners shared their experiences and collected data related to local level workshop activities.
Workshop in Latvia
The workshop in Riga was held with 11 participants on 13.02.2024. 9 of the participants were teachers and 2 of them were school administrators.
Workshop in Croatia
The workshop in Rijeka was held with 11 participants on 13.02.2024. Project and workshop objectives shared with participants and their views were received.
Workshop in Türkiye
The workshop in Çanakkale was held with 15 participants on 12.02.2024. Participants shared their views after a learning activity showcase on robotics.
Workshop in Ireland
The workshop in Belfast was held with 15 participants on 07.02.2024. 14 of the participants were were head and deputy head of preschools and 1 of them was a lecturer.
Workshop in Portugal
The workshop in Viseu was held with 17 participant teachers on 17/22.02.2024. The project team discussed the workshop questions with the participants.
Workshop in Italy
The workshop in Genoa was held with 11 participants on 16.02.2024. Participants provided insights into potential curriculum structures and teaching methodologies.
Transnational Meeting 2 in Rijeka
On 29-30 October 2024, Greencode partners held the second project meeting at the University of Rijeka. The meeting ended with an efficient task distribution process.
Online Meeting 5
Partners held the online meeting on 30 April 2024 and discussed the workshop reporting process together with management and sharing and promotion issues.
Online Meeting 6
The meeting was held on 03.09.2024 to discuss the preservice teacher’s tool kit preparation process. In the toolkit, there will be video tutorials, lesson plans, an activity book and a card game!
Online Meeting 7
On 30th September 2024, Greencode partners held an online meeting to discuss the activity book preparation process and quality evaluations, which closed with the distribution of tasks.
GREENCODE presented in TEMA Conference
TEMA Çanakkale Provincial Representative Sümeyra Güleryüz introduced the GREENCODE project and its objectives, focusing on environmental protection.
GREENCODE presented at Viseu Research Summit
On April 20, 2024, the GREENCODE Poster was presented at the Viseu Research Summit, an event to showcase IPV’s research to local and national stakeholders.

On May 3, 2024, the GREENCODE project was presented to ECD students and lecturers in the local Higher Education College.

GREENCODE Card Game
We are very happy to share the GREENCODE CARD GAME with all our visitors and interested edcautors. The card game focuses on environmental protection and awareness in ECEC through storytelling.
Transnational Meeting 3 in Genova
On 26-27 May 2025, Greencode partners held the second meeting of the project at the premises of Scuola di Robotica in Genova. At the meeting, partners discussed the piloting and multiplier event processes.
Seminar with preservice and in-service preschool teachers
On February 13, 2025, Mellis Educational Technologies provided a seminar for Çanakkale and Yalova preschool teachers and ÇOMÜ preservice preschool teachers to disseminate the project.
Planning of 2025-2026 GREENCODE lessons
On March 14, 2025, Mellis Educational Technologies came together with ÇABAÇAM Preschool teachers to plan the Greencode Lessons in the next academic year, great initiative for the sustainability of the project.
GREENCODE disseminated at Fermanagh Branch
Early Years – the organisation for young children – introduced preschool teachers to Greencode and its goals and objectives at the Fermanagh Branch on 03 June 2025.

On June 11, 2025, GREENCODE DAY was held at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Rijeka as the final event of the Erasmus+ project GREENCODE.

On May 10, 2025, Mellis Educational Technologies organised the GREENCODE DAY at the Laboratory Preschool “ÇABAÇAM” of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.
GREENCODE Day in Portugal
On 7 July 2025, the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu held GREENCODE Day at the Escola Superior de Educação. The event gathered 45 in-person and 30 online participants, to explore educational robotics and environmental education within the 4th SETA Seminar.
GREENCODE Day in Latvia
On 26 August 2025, the Faculty of Education and Psychology at the University of Latvia hosted the “GREENCODE Day” and teachers’ workshop. The event gathered 120 participants, bringing together educators, preschool experts, and academics.

GREENCODE Activity Book
The GREENCODE activity book was prepared for preservice and current preschool teachers to support their teaching activities in a fun way.
